WEAK HAND WORKOUT
Use Dribbling Glasses whenever possible

 
     


I. Jog 4 laps around court dribbling with weak hand. Don't look at the ball and keep dribble low.
2. Stationary ball handling - only weak hand
   One hand figure eight
   Circle around left leg
   Pull back
   In front back and forth
3. 25 weak hand one dribble power lay ups with pump fake
4. 25 weak hand reverse lay ups ... start on wing


5. Weak hand speed dribble. Not more than 6 dribbles to get length of floor+- 8 times.
6. Weak hand speed dribble from half court and pull up for 12-15 foot jumper (right)
7. 4-6 foot weak hand shooting - block, middle, block. 20 attempts each spot

8. Dribble lay ups from half right in front of half court - 10makes


9. Weak hand passing - use toss back or wall if no partner - 20 each
    Pump fake or jab, step with right foot and crossover, throw bounce pass
    Pump fake or jab, step with right foot and crossover, throw push pass
10. Start with ball at top of the key - start triple threat and go pump fake and big. step by defender/chair to left. Visualize help coming and back your dribble out with left and hesitate and then go in for lay up (5 times) and jumper (5 times)
